Each Paint by Numbers kit includes:
- Pre-printed canvas with numbered sections.
- A set of acrylic paints in small pots.
- Brushes (small, medium, and large brush).
- A reference sheet to guide you through the painting process.
Some premium kits may also include additional DIY frame.
Are the paint safe to use?
Yes! The paints included in our kits are non-toxic, water-based acrylic paints that are safe for all ages. However, we recommend that children under 3 years old be supervised while using the kit, as small parts may pose a choking hazard.
Can I use my own paint or brushes?
Absolutely! While the kit comes with everything you need, you can definitely use your own acrylic paints or brushes if you prefer. Just make sure the paint is suitable for canvas and that your brushes are the right size for the sections.
Do I need any experience to use a Paint by Numbers kit?
No experience is needed! Paint by Numbers kits are designed for all skill levels, including beginners. The numbers and color guides make it easy to follow along, and you'll be amazed at how beautiful your artwork turns out.
How long does it take to complete a Paint by Numbers kit?
The time it takes to complete a Paint by Numbers kit depends on the size of the canvas and how much time you dedicate to painting. On average, it can take anywhere from a few hours to several days. The process is meant to be relaxing, so take your time and enjoy it!
Can I frame my painting after I finish?
Yes! Once you’ve completed your painting, you can frame it just like any other piece of art. We recommend letting your painting dry for at least 24 hours before framing it. Some kits even come with a DIY frame.
How do I take care of my Paint by Numbers painting?
To care for your painting:
- Allow it to fully dry (at least 24-48 hours).
- Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Clean it gently with a dry cloth if needed.
- If you plan to frame it, ensure it is properly stretched or mounted for preservation.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by sending replacements or offering a refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item, if possible.
When will I receive my order?
Your order is very important to us. Please note that due to incredibly high demand and custom production your order may take 6-18 business days to arrive. However, most of the time our products will arrive a lot quicker, just be aware sometimes it is out of our control. So you do not need to worry if your order does not arrive next day!

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

What if I provided wrong address?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, therefore there is a very small time gap to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@kidlyjoys.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address/provide you with a full refund.
